Here is Rosoft Engineering's latest program in the Audio Tools series. This program is also included Rosoft Audio Tools and forward. It is also available as a stand-alone version. You can encode fast speed, normal speed, and high quality. You can set the bitrate up to 320 kbps. You can chose to use VBR or non-VBR, but note that some hard ware (DVD, CD, MP3 Player etc.) cannot read VBR. For example some DVD players can only read CBR. Fast Mode encodes faster but doesn't give good quality sound while High Quality mode takes more time but . High Mode gives the best sound and takes longer time to encode. Fast Mode encodes fast at the cost of the quality. Normal is some where in the middle between Fast mode and High Quality mode.
This program uses Rosoft MP3 Encoder Plug-In to create mp3 files.
