BIGSPEED Video Compression SDK is a low-complexity, high-performance engine for quick development of video streaming applications. It incorporates video capture and video compression/decompresion in a single COM automation object. The compression ratio is adjustable and can vary from 50:1 to 500:1. At frame rate set to 15 fps and format selected to 160x120 pixels the output bitrate is 6-8 Kbps.
